Pelican Bay Rules

(Parking)
-This rental has 1 double-lane driveway parking for a total of 2-3 vehicles depending on size.
- There is an spot that sits on the side that can fit a smaller vehicle. Please DO NOT encroach on our neighbors driveway.
- The garage is also available and can accommodate 1-2 vehicles depending on size.
- Parking is allowed on the street. Please be courteous of neighborhood traffic and not block the street.
- NO parking on the grass, if evidence is found a $50 fine will be charged to the booking guest.
- No driving on the grass, if evidence is found a $50 fine will be charged to the booking guest.
Please be courteous to the neighbors.

(Trash Schedule)
Please help us maintain our community and take the trash to the road during your stay. Thanks so much!
- We use Adams Sanitation as our garbage service. They pick up twice a week.
- They are located on the side of the house next to the garage.
- Their schedule is WED and SAT pickup.
- Please have the bin out by 8AM the morning of and brought back in by 9PM or after they have they have been emptied.
-To keep the bins clean and keep the smell down please ensure that all trash is bagged and/or
sealed.
-Please no loose trash in the bins.

(House Rules)
- Quiet Hours: 10:00pm-8:00am
- The booking guest must be 21 or older
- No unapproved guests or visitors. Friends and family may visit for periods less than a day with the
host's approval.
-Do not exceed the max guest limit. In the event the maximum number of guests is exceeded at the STR, you'll be charged an additional $50/day, per guest
- No Parties. If the police are called due to noise violations, your reservation will automatically be
cancelled and you'll be asked to leave the premises
- No smoking on the premises. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be a $500 fine charged to the booking guest.
- No illegal drugs. If evidence of illegal drugs is found, there will be a $500 fine charged to the booking
guest
- No flushing feminine products, 'flushable' toilet paper/wipes or any other items that isn't regular toilet
paper down the toilet. Please use the bathroom trash can
- Do not attempt to open the 'owner's closet' or the 'linen closet'
- Keep all doors and windows shut. This is to prevent bugs and other critters from entering the house.
- Do not cover, remove, or damage the cameras.
- Please clean up excessive messes with cleaning items provided
- Clean off the BBQ grille and return the utensils back to the kitchen after each use
- Please take the trash out and place the garbage bin on the road when full during your stay. Trash day is Wednesday and Saturday.
- Check out is 10 AM. $100 fine will be charged for late checkout.
- Once the guest books the property they will get a message to sign a rental agreement. This must be signed. If this is not signed 24 hours before reservation then your reservation may be cancelled.

(Pet Rules)
- All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Heartworm prevention measures are highly
recommended
- No pets on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of such may incur an extra cleaning fee
- Damage caused by pets will be billed to the owner + an inconvenience fee of $75
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet refuse in the yard and messes they cause
-BAG AND SEAL all pet waste before placing in trash bin!
- Guests should prevent dogs from making excessive noise, especially at night
- Pets will not be left unattended for an extended period of time, either indoor or outdoor.
- Please ensure the gate is closed before letting your pet outside.
- The homeowner assumes no liability for injury or illness that a pet may incur during it's stay
